Hey All!
Just to let ye all know we finally got round to updating the site, there is a story up there and there are some pic's up too....however we still need to put captions on alot of them..................the pic's are'nt the best as our camera packed in and we have been without a camera for a while......

Hi Folks,
On our first day of trying to get out on stand-by from Santiago we did it!! Pure luck but much longer flight now cos we had to fly to LA first in good oul USA (12 hours!) and then later this evening we get a connecting flight to Auckland (another lovely 12 hours!). We are shivering writing this now it's soooo bloody cold here compared to SA!! 9 degs! Completely crazy in head now at mo with time difference and all the travelling we've had to do in the last 48 hours (Argentina,Chile,Peru,California....).
Complete shock for us when we got back to civilisation....we're speaking Spanish the whole time to people here and have to keep catching overselves!
Ok then, we leave tonight on 7:45pm flight to Auckland with United Airlines. We'll prob stay in Auckland for 1 night or 2 before heading onto Sydney....we come back afterward to visit New Zealand properly!
So everyone in Sydney that's there now....hopefully we see you all very soon!! Looking forwa

Hi Guys!
Just a quick note to say we have some pics uploaded for Uruguay...in Mendoza at mo having a fab time...weather is scorching and wine is fantastic....head to Santiago Chile on Saturday morning to see if we can get out on standby...will be three (Saturday, Sunday & Monday) long hard days!! If having no luck its down to Patagonia in Argentina!

Happy Xmas to all.....................
It will be a very strange xmas for us this year, its hard to actually think it is xmas as they don´t really see it as a big thing here at all and also the weather is so hot (30+degs most days) that its weird being in t-shirts + shorts for xmas instead of the usual winter woolies............not much decorations or xmas songs but we have our little xmas tree and Dave has his guitar!!! :0) Also, we have my sister Grainne and cousin Mericia arriving tomorrow morning which will be greatttttttttttt!!
So they have the xmas dinner here on xmas eve and we have a nice gang of us for dinner - 13 in total, have the turkey ordered but unfortunatley no ham.....have the bisto and the cranberry sauce is on its way and some xmas pudding! We all head out to Pacha xmas eve night and will go on

Finally have some pics up from the Animal Sanctury, we still have another 50 pics yet to go up.
After spending the past two hours trying to get them up, you would´nt believe how slow the internet connection is here - Its crazy!! We feel a little mad in the head after it, gonna head for a beer now!!

Hola,
Finally finally we got an update up on the animal sanctuary (Inti Wara Yassi). We actually had the story done for a few days but had been waiting to upload the photos with it.
However, I am afraid we are having some problems with our site (photos), so the photos will follow shortly!!! We will send out a second newsletter anyway as soon as the photos are up!!!
Hope ye enjoy the read and keep an eye out for the pics!!
P.S....We won't leave it this long again with updates & pics!!! :0)

Hi Guys,
We just stuck up some final pics of Salta in Argentina and also the pics so far for Bolivia (a few captions to still put up yet though). Theirs a story also up for Bolivia. Theres also 2 more videos up in the vids sections.
Sorry guys it took sooo long but the internet is quite slow in Bolivia and its hard to find computers with CD drives (i know crazy).

Hi Guys N Gals,
We just stuck up some new photos. You can find half them under the Brazil flag (our last days there) and the other half under the Argentina flag... There are alot of photos of us at the Iguazu Falls...unbelievable place! The falls are on the border so lie half on Brazil side and half on Argentina side... thats why half the falls photos are in listed under the 2 flags....
I´m gona put up a link on the main page soon so that you can access some short (very short...average 20 secs) videos that we have been taking with our digital camera... they should be up pretty soon...theres some great ones of the falls....
Other than that we will have to write a new story soon to tell you all the little things that have been happening over the last 10 or so days...thats comin soon...
